I LOVE where I live.

Do you? Do you LOVE it? Or, is it just a house?

Let me tell you why I love where I live.  My neighborhood is awesome. 

We live in Lake View Villa in Wauconda and the crown jewel is our 7-acre private beach and park right on Bangs Lake.  In summer, the beach is filled with people soaking up the sun, swimming, playing at the park. Neighbors are hopping on a stand up paddleboard, kayaking, or fishing. Friends are calling over to others asking if they want to jump on their boat and go for a sunset cruise to Lindy's Landing for dinner. 

And, the fun doesn't stop when summer ends. The winter and frozen lake create new opportunities to spend time outside skating, ice fishing, or grilling out on the lake (yep, we do that.)

If you need anything...your neighbors are there for you.

I love that about my neighborhood.

The good news for you, is that you can live here, too!

Homes in the streets closest to the lake don't come up for sale very often.  Homes that have 4 bedrooms and a 2-car garage never come up.  But, I just listed one.  So, you can live here, too.
