Home prices in Lake County continued to increase. Last month we saw a 4.4% increase in prices over last year. The number of homes coming to the market is still limited. In Lake County we saw a drop of 26% in the number of homes for sale month vs last year.

So, what does this mean? Slightly GOOD NEWS for buyers is that we are seeing a slight, very slight, decline in the number of buyers who are having to go well over list price to purchase the home.
