New Trier Middle Schools
Wilmette has five elementary schools including Avoca, Central, Harper, McKenzie and Romona. At the conclusion of fourth grade, students from Central, Harper, McKenzie and Romona schools attend Highcrest Middle School for 5th and 6th grades and then matriculate to Wilmette Junior High School. Those students attending Avoca Elementary matriculate to Marie Murphy school (6-8.)

Glencoe's public schools consist of South School (k-2), West School (3-4) and Central School, (5-8).

Winnetka's public school system consists of three elementary schools, each kindergarten through fourth grade. Grades fifth through eighth come together share a middle school campus that consists of two distinct buildings, The Skokie School and Carlton Washburne Junior High (7th and 8th), conveniently separated by an expansive recreational field.
